THIS IS A PERMANENT, FULL-TIME POSITION THIS POSITION IS BASED IN FREMANTLE(COMMUTING TO ROTTNEST ISLAND AS REQUIRED) APPLICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION CLOSE AT MIDDAY ON TUESDAY, 2 JUNE 2026 Job Description Assist and support Rottnest Island Authority's (RIA) Property Team across all aspects of RIA’s property portfolio including undertaking property administrative tasks, assisting with management of lease compliance and property works and providing general support to the property management team. This role will primarily work within the commercial property team but may be required to assist with residential property matters as required. The position will require regular travel to and from Rottnest Island, generally at least 3 times per week. Essential Demonstrated experience in commercial leasing, tourism/hospitality property management or asset management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team with a good attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
