About this position: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our vibrant Leisure World team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. You will support the planning, delivery and day-to-day operations of programs, services and events, while ensuring a high standard of customer service for our community. Working alongside another part-time Administration Officer and under the guidance of the Supervisor Customer Experience, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Leisure World team. Experience using a Leisure Management System (such as Envibe), or the ability to quickly learn new systems, will be highly beneficial to your success in this role. In this role, you will: Manage memberships, including setup, maintenance and payments Support the Leisure Management System, ensuring data accuracy and resolving issues Coordinate room hire and party bookings, including scheduling and invoicing Assist with inventory control, ordering and stock management Respond to customer enquiries (phone, email and in person) and assist with complaint resolution Manage financial processes, including receipting, payment processing and reconciliations Assist with marketing updates across website, social media and internal communications What we are looking for: To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate: Experience in a customer service or community-focused environment Well-developed administrative skills and a high level of attention to detail A strong customer focus, with the ability to build positive relationships Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing tasks The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Essential requirements: Working With Children Check Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Current Police Clearance (less than three months old).
