From managing appointments and handling correspondence to creating a calm and polished front-of-house experience, you'll play a central role in the day-to-day flow of the clinic. This is more than a reception role—it's about being the face and voice of a patient journey that reflects trust, care, and clinical excellence. What You'll Do Greet patients with professionalism, warmth, and discretion Manage appointment bookings via phone, email, and online platforms Process billing, Medicare claims, and EFTPOS transactions Maintain patient records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality Liaise clearly and effectively between patients and clinicians Ensure clinic rooms and admin spaces are clean, organised, and fully stocked Support clinical staff with light room preparation and documentation tasks About You You're a natural communicator and team player who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. You take initiative, love systems, and understand the importance of every interaction in a healthcare setting. Candidates must be Australian permanent residents or citizens to be eligible for this position. You'll have: A patient-focused, empathetic approach with strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills across all mediums Very good English (both written and spoken).
