Your new role In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the General Counsel & Company Secretary, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations running a busy and fast-paced function. Key responsibilities will include: Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting daily priorities Preparing and formatting professional correspondence, reports, and presentations Maintaining accurate filing systems and document management processes Assisting with invoice tracking and expense reconciliation Supporting legal documentation, contract filing, and company secretarial records Coordinating Board and Committee meetings, including scheduling and logistics Assisting with document execution, including electronic signing platforms Handling sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will need to be a proactive and detail-oriented administrator who is comfortable supporting senior stakeholders in a professional environment. Key skills and experience include: Proven experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or team support role Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines High attention to detail, particularly when preparing documents and maintaining records Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidentiality and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly Strong system skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and document management systems Previous exposure to legal, mining, and corporate environments will be highly regarded.
