JSW Drilling is currently seeking a supply officer to join our Head Office team in Bibra Lake. This is a full-time entry-level position supporting the Maintenance and Supply team with a range of daily administrative and warehouse-related tasks. No prior experience is necessary and there will be full on the job training provided to the successful candidate. Key Duties Data Entry – timesheets, plant readings, stock usage Assisting with filing and general administrative duties Collecting and receiving freight deliveries Assisting with warehouse and yard duties Stocktakes Providing support to the Plant & Supply team Stores and Yard Housekeeping Current Drivers Licence Position Requirements Minimum Year 12 certificate of completion Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and email) Good organisation and attention to detail Strong communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Willingness to learn and develop new skills Desirable Requirements Forklift Ticket First Aid Certificate
