About the role At work.shop.dine design studio, you will play a key role in the documentation, coordination and delivery of commercial retail and hospitality projects. In this full-time position based in Fremantle, you will work closely with our designers, external consultants, landlords and contractors to help bring design concepts through to detailed documentation and construction. What you'll be doing Preparing detailed architectural documentation and technical drawings for retail and hospitality projects Assisting with design development, spatial planning and construction detailing Producing CAD drawings, 3D models and presentation documentation Coordinating documentation with consultants, contractors, shopfitters and suppliers Assisting with landlord submissions, approvals and technical compliance requirements Supporting project delivery from concept through to construction and completion Reviewing drawings and documentation for accuracy, coordination and buildability Staying up-to-date with industry standards, construction methods and relevant building regulations What we're looking for Tertiary qualification in Architectural Drafting, Architectural Technology, Architecture or a related field Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an architectural drafting or documentation role, preferably within commercial, retail or hospitality projects Strong technical documentation skills with proficiency in CAD and 3D modelling software (Revit and Autocad) Sound understanding of construction detailing, building systems and coordination processes Ability to interpret design intent and translate concepts into accurate technical documentation Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration skills What we offer At work.shop.dine design studio, you'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of exciting retail and hospitality projects, collaborate with a talented and experienced team, and continue developing your technical and professional skills within a dynamic, design-led studio environment.
