Department: Preconstruction Administration Reports To: Administration Officer Team Leader ✅ Key Responsibilities Prepare and complete all client welcome packs for jobs involving a perimeter. Download, complete, and organise all certificates and warranty forms. Ensure documents are accurately filled out and named correctly. Compile all components into a final welcome pack format. Send welcome packs to clients in a timely and professional manner. Record the completion of each pack in internal systems. Maintain organised digital records of all completed documentation. Work closely with the admin team to manage workload and ensure deadlines are met. Identify opportunities to improve or streamline documentation processes. ✅ Skills & Experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills. Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks without compromising quality. Proficient with standard office software (PDF editors, email, document management tools, etc.). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines.
