Reporting to the General Manager – Supply Chain, two days per week as Inventory Administrator, you will support the Warehouse and Supply Chain team by maintaining accurate records of all stock and contributing to general warehouse administration. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, two days per week as Receptionist, you will act as the first point of contact for clients, members and other external stakeholders visiting or contacting Foodbank SA & NT. In this role you will: Enter stock received into inventory management system Manage stock returns in the inventory management system to ensure accurate records of stock received and invoicing Process stock adjustments in inventory management system to ensure accurate records of stock Act as the first point of contact for visitors, external stakeholders and members of the public contacting by phone, email and in person Assist customers and other external stakeholders with inquiries and forward to relevant staff Assist with office administration and housekeeping. About You As the successful applicant, you will have previous experience in inventory and database management, or warehouse administration and experience in equipment management. You will have exceptional attention to detail and strong communication, organisational and excellent time management skills. You will enjoy working closely within a diverse and friendly team. A commitment to Foodbank SA & NT’s mission, community service and the not-for-profit sector is essential. A current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain it, is essential.
