About the Role: As a Client Services Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for valued clients, ensuring their experience is seamless, professional, and positive. You'll provide administrative support and manage daily client interactions while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism. You'll also take on additional tasks suited to your skills and experience as needed. What You Bring: Experience: Previous experience in an accounting firm and able to hit the ground running with customer service skills.
