Clovercrest Family Practice is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our supportive and professional team. We are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused healthcare in a welcoming environment. We are seeking a reliable team member for a permanent part-time role, working 3–4 shifts per week. This position includes occasional Saturday shifts and offers additional hours covering annual and sick leave as needed. Availability for opening and closing shifts is essential. The successful candidate must be reliable and flexible, with a strong commitment to patient care. Demonstrate excellent customer service and effective communication skills, be a proactive team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues while multitasking and working well under pressure, have strong attention to detail, with proficient typing and computer skills. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings Processing Medicare and private billing using practice software Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail Scanning, filing, and general administrative duties Ensuring the reception area is clean, organised, and presentable at all times Experience in General Practice preferred.
