Working closely with our Project Managers, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support across the full project lifecycle, from project setup and compliance through to completion and client handover. About the Role As the Project Coordinator , you will be responsible for ensuring projects are set up for success, supported by strong systems, documentation, and effective communication. Key responsibilities include: Coordinate project setup, including document control, filing systems, and project mobilisation. Prepare subcontractor agreements and ensure subcontractor onboarding and compliance requirements are met prior to site commencement. Support project scheduling, activity coordination, and communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Raise and manage purchase orders, while maintaining accurate project data, reporting, and cost tracking. Assist with contract administration, including variation documentation and tracking. Prepare and coordinate project compliance documentation, including SWMS, WHS Management Plans, and Inspection and Test Plans. Coordinate pre-construction requirements, including permits, traffic management plans, public notifications, and dilapidation reports. Manage project completion documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, maintenance manuals, and client handover packs. About You Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Administrator role within construction, civil, or commercial landscaping space Strong understanding of project documentation, compliance, and contract administration Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills High attention to detail and a commitment to quality Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project-based systems and/or financial platforms (experience with Rapid, MYOB, or similar highly regarded) About the LCS Group At the LCS Group we are committed to being "Best on Ground" by delivering exceptional landscape services safely, on time, and within budget.
