About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing modular builder that’s redefining how people experience the home building journey. With build times as little as 12 weeks, this is a client-facing role that plays a pivotal part in the effective delivery of high-quality modular homes while guiding clients through every stage of the process. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Customer Experience Consultant to join our team. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you’ll be responsible for: Managing the client journey from sales acceptance through to handover. Prepare and finalise building contracts, variations, and associated documentation. Conduct prestart meetings, interpreting plans and guiding clients through selections. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate information flow and timely job progression. Respond promptly to client queries and maintain proactive communication throughout the build process. Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, systems, and the client experience. About You You’re a people-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You combine administrative precision with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding client experience. To be successful, you’ll bring: 2 years’ experience in the residential or modular construction industry. Understanding of Building Contracts and contract administration. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Confidence in reading and interpreting building documentation and specifications. A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy. A proactive, collaborative, and customer-first mindset.
