Our small, boutique Strata Management firm in Burswood is seeking a Strata Administration Assistant to join our team. We’re looking for the right person who’s eager to build a long-term, rewarding career in strata management. You’ll need to demonstrate: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and time management abilities High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities A friendly, professional manner with a genuine client and team focus A positive attitude with a sense of humour and strong work ethic Previous experience in administration or customer service (strata or property experience highly regarded) A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day will include: Answering and directing calls (including main office line) Assisting with the preparation of meeting agendas, attending General and Council meetings, taking and finalising minutes (some after-hours attendance required and paid) General administration and data entry Maintaining strata company records and databases Managing incoming and outgoing mail (including Australia Post collection/drop-off) Assisting with insurance matters, including claims and quotes Coordinating maintenance requests, quotes, and contractor work orders Liaising with owners, property managers, and contractors in a professional, friendly manner Providing administrative support and overflow assistance to Strata Managers Why Join Us?
