You'll: Support the planning, promotion, implementation and evaluation of Clinical Practice projects Coordinate key project elements including schedules, risk registers, reporting, contracts, agendas and minutes Assist with project proposals and development of resources, including guides, communications and program materials Provide stakeholder coordination and support, working with internal teams, headspace centres and external partners Support working groups and advisory groups, ensuring effective coordination and communication Contribute to communications and engagement activities, including managing inboxes, databases and contact lists Assist with financial and administrative processes, including invoices, suppliers, budget tracking and reporting Support project evaluation activities, including working with the Evaluation team and providing relevant data Maintain accurate records and communications within CRM systems (Hercules) what you'll bring You're organised, detail oriented and thrive in a fast paced environment. You enjoy juggling multiple priorities, building relationships and contributing to meaningful projects. You'll bring: 1-3 years experience in a project support or coordination role A solid understanding of project management principles and lifecycle Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work within budgets Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build effective working relationships Experience developing project resources, communications or implementation materials Excellent organisational and administrative capability, including coordinating complex processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively how to apply If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we'd love to hear from you.
