Currently recruiting for an excellent Service Coordinator/Scheduler to work in our Gold Coast office. In addition to large project works, we do maintenance and service jobs for our existing customers in all areas of Government, Retail, Education and Commercial operations. About the role This is an important role at LINK, supporting the Service Department and our Team of Technicians, ensuring productive workflow and excellent customer service to our clients. It includes: Being the first point of contact and link between customers, technicians and the company. Scheduling and coordinating technicians for all maintenance and service work. Booking in all customer service requests on an ad hoc basis as well as ensuring that all of our customers on managed services are having their service needs and requirements met. It includes providing support to the Techs while they are onsite and in preparing to attend site. Strategically planning with other departments to organise intrastate and interstate service work for the Technicians. Establish strong rapport with customers, suppliers and managers to provide advice and support on executing our deliverable to customers, aiming for a successful outcome for all. Preparing Service / Weekly & Monthly Reports for works completed. Ensuring that expenses on jobs are adding correctly and accurately. Establish a strict Service timelines for our customers. Update and manage the service schedules in a timely and accurate manner. Following up works with Technicians ensuring completeness of work and scheduling any follow ups and orders. Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and email. Ensuring requests have been rectified in sufficient time and keeping clients up to date in regards to installation and maintenance progress. Management of our Ticketing system (Zendesk). Ensuring Technicians have stock needed for works. Provide administrative support & assistance is required. Skills and experience Amazing customer service skills, a positive can-do attitude with very strong accuracy and attention to detail. A great memory is an asset in this role, as there are multiple jobs on the go at any one time, and it's important to be able to follow thorough and capture all service and reporting requirements. It is essential you have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar Scheduling Coordinator role for a Trade Services company. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and pleasant phone manner. Exceptional organisational and administrative skills Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and with various departments simultaneously. Thrive in a high pressure environment, and be able to remain calm. Ability to work unsupervised and prioritise workload. Work collaboratively, co-operatively, with strong integrity and initiative. Be able to consistently deliver a high level, excellent outcome for our customers. Have a strong work ethic and a commitment to the Team and business goals.
