Administrative Assistant, part or full time, small family real estate company needs additional person to work alongside the team in Gold Coast. Office is nice environment in Hope Island. Work is to communicate with the Team, Owners and Tenants and arrange Repairs for houses/apartments in Gold Coast. Lease renewals and property inspections could also be part of the work. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months administrative/computer experience. Property management or house repair experience is preferred but not required. High school completion is required for this position. Essential software skills include Microsoft Office, email systems, and basic computer proficiency.
