With a strong pipeline of secured work, this is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer ready to step into a key leadership position. Acting as 2IC to Associate-level leaders, you will take ownership of smaller projects while supporting the delivery of larger, complex projects. This role offers the perfect balance of hands-on design and documentation, team leadership, and client engagement. Key responsibilities include: Lead projects from concept through to construction documentation, ensuring quality, coordination, and compliance across all stages Produce and review high-quality Revit documentation, including detailed packages aligned with Australian standards Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, suppliers, and project teams to support smooth delivery outcomes Support project planning, resourcing, and delivery while mentoring junior and mid-level designers Contribute to design development, finishes, materials, and FF&E while maintaining design intent The Like Mind You are a confident Senior Interior Designer who enjoys being hands-on while stepping into leadership.
