Position Descriptor: We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative and student-focused teacher to join our secondary team, with a teaching focus primarily across Year 7 Mathematics and Science. Key Responsibilities: - Teaching and Learning - Plan, deliver and assess engaging learning programs aligned with the Australian Curriculum for Year 7 Mathematics and Science, with the capacity to support broader middle years learning where required. - Differentiate curriculum and learning experiences to meet the diverse academic, social and developmental needs of students. - Use evidence-informed teaching strategies - Establish positive and inclusive classroom environments that promote high expectations, curiosity and respectful relationships. - Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and families.
