Located within the vibrant Tonsley Innovation District, our modern Accor-franchised hotel features 88 accommodation rooms, onsite restaurant and bar, meeting and event spaces, and is proudly positioned as a self-rated 4.5-star property. Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our hotel is presented to the highest standard at all times. About the Role Key responsibilities include: Servicing and cleaning allocated guest rooms and public areas to a high standard. Ensuring all rooms are presented in line with brand and operational expectations. Assisting guests with enquiries in a warm, professional, and helpful manner. Maintaining housekeeping trolleys and storerooms in a clean, organised, and fully stocked condition. Adhering to all guest privacy, security, and workplace safety procedures. Supporting the wider hotel team to ensure a positive guest experience. About You The ideal candidate will demonstrate: A positive, can-do attitude with strong reliability and work ethic. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred. Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation standards. Strong organisational and time management skills. A friendly and professional approach to guest service. Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. A strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
