We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable full-time Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team based in Malaga. About the role The successful candidate will work across multiple functions and be able to: • Ensure that personnel are fully compliant, trained, and ready for deployment to client projects/sites. • Prepare site access documentation, medical and qualification information for personnel to enable mobilisation to project sites. • Assist with the booking of flights, accommodation, transfers, car hire, etc. requirements for the project. • Liaise with clients, site representatives and internal staff to confirm rosters, site requirements, and mobilisation schedules. • Provide administration support and general assistance to management, as required. About you To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: • A strong work ethic and a dedicated, reliable attitude. • Good communication and organisational skills. • The ability to work at a fast pace, mostly independently but also as part of a team. • A structured and organised approach to work. • Ability to action requests outside of business hours, only where necessary Essential requirements • WA C Class unrestricted Drivers Licence • Minimum 2 years in Mobilisation and/or Recruitment role. • General knowledge of building, construction, and mining industries.
