SIMCAST is currently seeking precast Concreters to join our growing team based in Caversham, WA. This is a full-time ongoing position with an immediate start available for the right candidates. We are looking for reliable, hard-working team members who take pride in their work and have previous concreting experience within construction, precast or manufacturing environments. About SIMCAST SIMCAST specialises in precast concrete manufacturing and delivers high-quality concrete solutions across major commercial and construction projects throughout Western Australia. About the Role; This role will involve working within our precast concrete yard assisting with the manufacture, preparation, pouring and finishing of precast concrete products. Duties may include: • Preparing moulds and reinforcing for concrete pours • Pouring, finishing and patching concrete • Stripping and cleaning moulds • General precast yard duties • Reading and following plans and instructions • Operating hand and power tools • Working safely within a team environment • Assisting with loading and moving precast elements where required • Maintaining a clean and organised work area Requirements; To be considered for this role, applicants must have: • Minimum 3 years concreting experience • Full Australian working rights • Construction White Card • Strong work ethic and reliability • Ability to follow instructions and work within a team • Good understanding of workplace safety requirements • Ability to perform physical manual labour Highly Regarded; • Previous precast concrete experience • Experience working within a manufacturing or yard environment • Forklift ticket • Dogging or rigging tickets • Overhead crane experience • Ability to read drawings and plans What We Offer • Full-time ongoing employment • Immediate start available • Competitive hourly rates • Stable long-term work • Supportive team environment • Opportunity to work on major WA projects Location Caversham, Western Australia If you believe you are the right fit for this role, apply now with your resume and relevant tickets/licences.
