About the Role We’re on the lookout for a reliable and enthusiastic Labourer to join our playground installation team in Perth. Working under the guidance of our Crew Lead, you’ll assist in the day-to-day site work involved in building and completing innovative playground projects. This is a physically active, hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities · Assist with site preparation and setup · Carry out tasks involved in the installation of playgrounds and surrounding landscaping · Follow instructions to install playground components safely and accurately · Use power tools, hand tools, and equipment as required · Lay soft fall surfacing (bark, and sand) · Support turf preparation and installation · Help with concreting, tree planting, and site remediation tasks · Maintain a clean and safe work site · Work effectively within a small team to meet project timelines Skills and Experience · Experience in construction, landscaping, or similar labouring work · Ability to use basic tools and equipment safely and effectively · Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks and outdoor work · A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn · Ability to follow directions and work efficiently without constant supervision · Experience working with playgrounds or soft fall materials is a bonus .
