We are a "Safe Pair of Hands," and strive to be the go-to choose for clients seeking unwavering reliability About the role This role is responsible for driving business improvement initiatives through systems enhancement and process redesign, managing enterprise risk and compliance reporting to support effective governance, and supporting the HSE function through the continuous improvement, implementation, and auditing of the Integrated Management System (IMS). Your responsibilities: Drive business improvement initiatives through systems and process enhancement. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflows, and business outcomes. Lead and support change management and continuous improvement activities. Deliver improvement projects on time and within budget. Manage the Enterprise Risk Register and compliance obligations. Monitor legislative changes and support ongoing compliance requirements. Coordinate internal and external audits, including corrective actions. Support the ongoing improvement, implementation, and certification of the IMS. Partner with leaders and stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant business outcomes. Promote a positive culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Change Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within Mining or Construction (FIFO) environments. Auditor qualification and audit experience (Lead Auditor preferred). Experience in business process improvement and change management methodologies. Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and report-writing skills. Ability to lead change initiatives and work autonomously. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
