As our sales team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Support Assistant to help move signed solar jobs through to installation. This role is an important part of keeping our pipeline moving and ensuring customers are booked in quickly and efficiently. The Role Once our sales team signs a customer, your job is to take the file and move it through to a confirmed installation date & post install onboarding. You’ll work alongside our operations manager and sales team , helping ensure every job is ready and scheduled without delays. Your focus is simple: Turn signed sales into scheduled installs quickly and accurately. What You’ll Be Doing Receiving completed sales files from our Energy Consultants Checking contracts and documents are complete Contacting customers to collect missing information (power bills, photos, approvals) Preparing files so they are ready for install Booking customers into available installation slots Confirming installation dates with customers Keeping CRM records clean and accurate Supporting the sales team to keep the pipeline moving What We’re Looking For Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicating with customers on the phone Good computer and admin skills Able to manage multiple jobs at different stages Positive attitude and willingness to learn Solar industry experience is not required . Training will be provided. This role would suit someone early in their career who is organised, proactive and wants to grow within a fast-moving business.
