Mayday is partnering with Australia’s largest funeral service provider to find an exceptional Regional Manager to lead multiple locations across Western Australia. The role is based out of the Malaga hub, where you’ll spend a significant portion of your time, but regional travel will also be required to oversee operations across the full area. What You’ll Do: Lead and develop multi-site, multi-brand teams, embedding a culture of high performance, collaboration, and customer focus. Oversee operations, logistics, and asset management, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across all locations. Champion customer experience, personally managing escalations and promoting continuous improvement. Drive business growth and local relationships, implementing strategies to enhance brand presence, market share, and revenue. Manage budgets, operational metrics, and financial targets to ensure sustainable regional growth. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership and operational management experience in service-driven industries.
