As part of our succession planning and continued growth, we are seeking a high-calibre Senior Manager/Associate Partner with strong tax expertise to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced tax advisory services, including: Corporate tax structuring and restructuring International and cross-border tax matters CGT, Div 7A, and trust structuring Oversee and review high-level compliance engagements Business Due Diligence investigation & recommendations in mergers & acquisitions.
