Enviropipes is a rapidly growing Australian owned Company. We are based in High Wycombe, near Perth Airport and seek a special individual to join our team. We specialise in the manufacture of quality plastic piping solutions, in particular high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe and fittings. We are seeking an Accounts Officer to join our Accounts team. This position is offered on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks Payroll duties Verifying timesheets and attendance Preparing and processing payroll fortnightly Maintenance of staff files Onboarding of new employees Accounts Receivable duties Entering invoices credit notes and adjustments Reconciling project invoicing as required Reconciling debtor accounts Adhoc duties as required The successful applicant will demonstrate the following characteristics: Previous experience in a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Conscientious, punctual and enthusiastic Knowledge of Payroll requirements Proficient in Excel and MYOB Experience in Triumph is desired but not necessary Open to learning new software packages and processes Team player Enviro Pipes is an Equal Opportunity employer and encourage Indigenous Australians and female candidates to apply.
