About the role Wattleup Tractors' is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic finance team. This full-time position based in our Kewdale, WA office will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate customer payments. Standard 38 hour week, however we know great talent comes in many forms and will consider less hours for the right candidate. What you'll be doing Monitoring and following up on outstanding customer invoices to collect payments in a timely manner Resolving customer billing inquiries and disputes Posting cash receipts and updating customer account records Preparing accounts receivable ageing reports and analysis Assisting with the month-end close process Collaborating with the sales team to maintain positive customer relationships Providing support for credit checks and new customer onboarding Identifying opportunities to improve accounts receivable processes and procedures PPSR registrations (hire equipment) Monthly non-stock invoices Assist with vehicle licensing What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control within a similar industry Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers Proficient in using accounting software (e.g. MYOB) and Microsoft Office applications.
