Based in Malaga, Western Metalworx is a proudly West Australian owned fabrication business manufacturing world-class products for clients across the mining, industrial, commercial and defence sectors. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Assemblies Coordinator to take ownership of our assemblies, packaging and dispatch operations while leading a small team to deliver high standards of quality, efficiency and presentation. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and can keep operations moving in a fast-paced fabrication environment. Your day-to-day as the Assemblies Coordinator will include, but not be limited to: Leading a small assemblies and delivery team to execute at a high standard. Coordinating the movement of goods in and out between Western Metalworx, clients and suppliers. Assembly of fabricated parts in preparation for delivery. This includes the use of basic hand tools. Packaging and loading goods to be delivered inline with Chain of Responsibility requirements. Maintaining accurate documentation of goods inbound and outbound. The right person for this role will be: Reliable - with solid attendance being critical to your success. Organised with strong time management skills. A self-starter that takes pride in their work. Mechanically minded and experienced in using hand tools Mature, responsible and value safety. To be considered for this role you will require: Current C-Class license. Current Forklift license or be prepared to get one. Experience within manufacturing and team coordination is highly regarded.
