With continued expansion across the mining and heavy equipment sectors, we are strengthening our presence in Western Australia and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive the next stage of growth. About the Role Based from our Welshpool branch, this is a field and site-based role focused on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting them into long-term business across WA mining operations. You will work closely with customers to understand their component requirements and position Complete Parts as a trusted partner for service exchange, remanufactured components, and mining equipment support solutions. This role is ideal for someone who understands how component programs operate on mine sites and can confidently present service exchange and reman solutions as a smarter, more cost-effective alternative to purchasing new. Working Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships across WA Identifying new sales opportunities and growing market presence Promoting service exchange and remanufactured component programs Supporting customers with practical, solution-focused outcomes Working closely with internal teams across sales, rebuilds, and operations Managing and growing existing accounts while securing new business Representing the Complete Parts brand professionally across mine sites and industry networks About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in mining equipment, component, or service exchange sales Strong customer relationship and account management skills Proven ability to generate and convert sales opportunities Existing industry networks within the WA mining sector Knowledge of CAT equipment and mining operations Strong communication and negotiation skills A self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently A team-first mindset aligned with a growing national business Why Join Complete Parts?
