Fiduciary Administration Services is a specialist provider of trustee and administration services, with a strong focus on Native Title Trusts and Indigenous Asset Management Structures. Our aim is to ensure the delivery of long‑term, meaningful benefits to the communities we work with. Key Responsibilities Manage the day‑to‑day administration of Native Title trusts and corporations, including cash flow management, payments, reporting and record‑keeping. Ensure the trusts and corporations operate in accordance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements (including ACNC, ATO, ORIC, ASIC and other applicable bodies). Prepare or coordinate financial statements, management reports, budgets and audit documentation. Coordinate and attend meetings including Advisory Committees, Directors, AGM and community meetings, including preparation of minutes and action items. Build and maintain strong working relationships with Traditional Owner groups, and other stakeholders. Contribute to governance frameworks, policies and procedures to support best‑practice Native Title trust management. Identify process improvements and support the broader team in delivering efficient, culturally appropriate and client‑focused services. Essential Criteria Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including boards, advisors, regulators and community representatives. Solid financial literacy, including understanding of financial reports, budgets and cash flow management. High level attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desirable Criteria Demonstrated experience in Native Title Trust administration or closely related Indigenous trust / benefit management roles (e.g. RNTPBC). Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, with a culturally respectful and collaborative approach. Strong understanding of trust structures, fiduciary duties and governance principles in an Australian context. Qualifications in law, business, finance, commerce, governance or a related discipline. Experience working in trustee companies, public trustee offices, financial services or similar fiduciary environments. Knowledge of the Native Title Act, Indigenous Corporation structures (ORIC), charities law (ACNC), and taxation of Native Title and Traditional Owner benefits. Location and Conditions Based in Fremantle, Western Australia, with frequent travel to regional and remote communities. Full‑time, permanent position (flexible working arrangements may be considered). Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.
