Your Role and Impact You’ll bring passion, creativity, and care to every day, helping create an environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn. You will: Deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Observe and document children’s learning and progress Collaborate closely with families and your team to create meaningful experiences Support and mentor your colleagues Contribute to community events, celebrations, and family connections What You’ll Need Depending on the role, you’ll hold or be working towards: A Diploma or Studying to work towards. A current Working with Children Check (WA) A valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to renew within 4 weeks of commencement) A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine love for children and learning If you’re new to the industry, trainee roles offer a supported pathway into early childhood education, with on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced educators.
