Job Description Our Client: This client is a seasoned Australian company with decades of successful history in Australian Property Development across the industrial, commercial, retail, and residential sectors. About the Role: The purpose of this role is to manage and develop the company’s property assets including the establishment and ongoing management of new property developments to achieve the Company’s strategic and commercial objectives. Working closely with a Development Director and Development Managers, you will support the delivery of projects across the full development lifecycle, from feasibility and acquisition through to planning approvals, delivery, and settlement. Key Responsibilities Support project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting Assist with feasibility modelling and financial analysis Contribute to due diligence and early-stage planning Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations Help develop and maintain project programmes Support procurement, tenders, and contract administration Assist with supplier setup, contracts, invoices, and payments Maintain project records, documentation, and meeting minutes Liaise with internal teams including marketing and sales Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and service providers Assist with development applications and approvals Monitor market trends and industry activity Support budgeting and business initiatives Attend and contribute to project meetings Required Skills: A Degree in either property, engineering, planning, land economics or a related discipline. Strong financial acumen and feasibility skills Passion for property and desire to commit to the company long-term and build a career A desire to learn and absorb new skills. Self-starter and ability to think ahead. About You: You are an early-career development professional with a strong interest in the property industry, supported by a solid grounding in commercial, legal, and financial principles. You bring an understanding of the residential development sector and the confidence to communicate effectively, build relationships, and contribute to key discussions. You will also demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency across Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
