A General Manager is sought by an growing Integrated Utilities Contractor in South Sydney, for a newly created role, to lead the business in it's next stage of growth. The Opportunity: Working for a busy specialist Utilities/ Civil Contractor, servicing major Tier 1 & 2 Builders, as well as large Civil Infrastructure Contractors $325k to $375K package plus bonuses Immediate opportunity South Sydney office based Responsibilities will include strategic direction, growth, full P&L, financials, budgeting, risk management, compliance, governance, company performance, employee engagement and support of project delivery The role reports directly to the Managing Director, with 7 reports The Company: An established specialist Integrated Utilities/ Civil Contractor T/0 $20 million 120 staff in the business Established client base, with full order book of work for 2026/ 2027 20 years trading history Southern Sydney based Strong company culture High level of growth potential You will have: A Civil Engineering Degree or similar Previous experience as a General Manager with a Utilities or Civil Contractor in Sydney Experienced with delivering utilities/ civil construction projects in the past, with technical expertise in the sector Experience in a leadership role, managing senior level management staff Excellent level of commercial acumen To apply for this role please email your resume in WORD DOC format to the APPLY NOW Button
