Our work spans D&C fitouts, defits, and new and remanufactured furniture, allowing us to deliver smarter, more practical outcomes. We're a collaborative team that values clear communication, ownership and getting the job done properly . The Role This is a dual Estimator / Contracts Administrator role , supporting projects from early pricing through to delivery. You'll be involved in both the commercial thinking upfront and the delivery phase , helping ensure what we price is what gets delivered. Estimating Review documentation and clarify scope before pricing Prepare take-offs, cost plans and tenders Engage with subcontractors to test scope, assumptions and buildability Identify risks, gaps and opportunities early Support D&C pricing strategies Contracts Administration Support project delivery with commercial oversight Manage variations, procurement and cost tracking Assist with subcontractor engagement and documentation Ensure alignment between estimate, scope and delivery What We're Really Looking For We're not just looking for technical capability — we're looking for how you work.
