Job Description In this role, you will: Oversee the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Front Desk Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest needs and concerns with professionalism and care Supervise, support, and motivate team members to meet brand service standards and procedures Communicate effectively with the General Manager on all aspects of guest services and operations Manage shift handovers to ensure continuity and clarity across the team Manage Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely follow-up and accuracy Assist with rostering, balancing operational needs with labour efficiency Complete regular stocktakes and monitor inventory levels Provide support with end of month processes, reporting and administration
