Hands-on facilities coordination across a high-profile urban precinct Fast-paced, supportive team environment with long-term opportunity Work with purpose in a diverse and dynamic setting We’re recruiting for a Facility Coordinator to support the ongoing operation and maintenance of a high-profile inner-city precinct known for its cultural, recreational and entertainment offerings. The Opportunity: You’ll play a key support role within the Facilities Management team, ensuring the precinct’s public spaces, buildings, and services are maintained to the highest standard. You’ll assist in both planned and reactive maintenance, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and help maintain compliance, safety, and comfort for all visitors and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of routine and reactive maintenance across essential building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Assist with contractor scheduling, compliance documentation and site coordination Process purchase orders, invoices and vendor documentation Maintain asset records and compliance logs in line with WHS and statutory regulations Communicate maintenance updates and assist with general administration for the FM team Conduct basic visual inspections and report on facility conditions Ideal Background: Prior experience in a Facilities Coordinator or Administrator role (public precinct, retail, commercial or property sector ideal) Basic understanding of building services and compliance obligations (e.g. WHS, NCC, Australian Standards) Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and eager to learn FM software/CAFM platforms Well-organised, clear communicator and problem-solver with strong attention to detail Experience managing POs, invoices or contractor files is highly regarded Why Apply?
