We currently have a vacancy for an Administration Officer to join our HR team based in our Brisbane office located in Milton. Key Responsibilities Administration Conduct general administration for the Brisbane corporate office Manage travel booking administration for Golding Provide residential tenancy administration services as required Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation activities Prepare employment-related documentation (e.g. contracts, variations, and other HR documents) Request, track and follow up pre-employment and ongoing medicals to ensure deadlines are met Maintain employee records in line with document control systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance Support employee transfers between sites, including coordinating updated documentation and requirements Liaise with site teams and external providers to organise inductions, site-specific requirements and compliance documentation Provide general HR administrative support, Enter, maintain and interrogate data in Golding systems (e.g. SAP) to ensure accuracy and currency of information Maintain and update tracking systems, including medical compliance and onboarding records Reporting Monitor medical compliance across sites, including managing overdue requirements Prepare and update monthly tracking reports and other internal HR reports as required Ensure reports are completed accurately and submitted within required timeframes Key Role Requirements Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities High attention to detail with strong organisational skills Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Previous experience in HR, recruitment or mining-related administration (highly regarded) Familiarity with medical compliance and onboarding processes (desirable) Why Join Golding: Employee-Centric Success: Our success is driven by the diverse talents and initiatives of our employees.
