Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is seeking a Data Management Specialist on a max term contract (maternity leave backfill) from July 2026 to April 2027 in support of the AH-64 Apache program. Program overviewThe AH-64 Apache program provides advanced attack helicopter capability to the Australian Defence Force, enabling precision strike, armed reconnaissance and close air support. This program sustains a critical combat capability, supports interoperability with coalition partners, and underpins Australia's land and joint operations. What you'll get to do Be an integral part of the Apache capability. Manage Technical Information (TI), data storage, data distribution and sharing. Ensures registration and recording of all incoming TI and Reports. Manage AHSPO technical mailboxes. Manage AHSPO technical data libraries and registers. Monitor the quality of data storage and records, and provide direction to engineering staff to resolve deficiencies. Manage and process all specification and standards requests and orders. Manage information record links between Objective Record Management System and EMERALD2. Effectively interface with internal and external customers to support operation of the platform. Who we're looking for A minimum of two-years' experience in a similar role, preferably with an engineering or defence industry. Experience using Product Lifecycle Management tools or electronic document management systems. Knowledge and understanding of data management standards and information protection standards. Well-developed communication skills to work collaboratively to a high standard within a multi-disciplinary team. Experience working in a Defence environment using Defence systems and tools.
