Working within our Business Support team, you’ll play an important role in supporting employees, leaders, and visitors while helping maintain the professional workplace environment we’re known for. What you’ll be doing Reporting to the Head of Business Support, you’ll help coordinate the day-to-day operations of the office and support teams across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include: Manage front-of-house reception services, including greeting visitors and directing incoming calls Maintaining the presentation of shared spaces, including kitchen, meeting rooms, and reception Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, groceries, and workplace consumables Coordinating mail, deliveries, and general office logistics Supporting company events, employee initiatives, and workplace activities Working alongside the Office Manager on day-to-day Human Resources activities Liaising with vendors, contractors, and service providers when required Providing administrative support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team as required This role suits someone who enjoys helping others succeed and keeping the workplace running smoothly behind the scenes.
