Job Description Our client is a well-established, not-for-profit organisation providing apprenticeship and training services to the electrotechnology sector. With a strong reputation, their core objective is to deliver safe, competent and highly skilled apprentices and tradespeople to industry. Based from their industry-leading, purpose-built facility in Brisbane, we are seeking an experienced RTO Head of Operations to lead the administrative, compliance and operational functions of the RTO. RTO - Head of Operations The purpose of this role is to provide effective day-to-day operational management of the RTO, with a strong focus on administration, compliance, contracts, reporting, systems and business process improvement. This is a key leadership position reporting to the Group CEO, responsible for ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance, driving operational efficiency, and leading administrative and compliance functions. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operational management of the RTO across administration, systems and reporting Oversee student administration, enrolment processes and records management Ensure compliance with ASQA, NVR and funding contract requirements (including SAS and CSQ) Manage audits, reporting obligations, claims and contractual deliverables Monitor operational performance, budgets and service outcomes Provide leadership, guidance and development to administration and compliance teams Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and operational efficiency The Candidate This opportunity is suited to an experienced RTO professional with strong leadership capability and a deep understanding of operational and compliance frameworks. Experience within the building and construction industry will be highly regarded.
