YOUR ROLE In this KEY ‘4 PLUS-DIMENSIONAL’ sole in-house legal counsel role, reporting to the CEO (with outstanding multiple credentials) leading 2 junior lawyers, you will enjoy the autonomy/freedom challenges rewards practising in: Property law -property due diligence, sale/purchase of land/property (including put call options/JV agreements/stamp duty), advising on strata plans disclosure statements (PDS), local government/planning laws; Construction law -Advising on building/construction contracts Corporations Act/Financial Services Law - Drafting PDS, advising on AFSL issues, compliance with laws relating to raising retail/wholesale funds and administration of managed funds; -Construction/property/commercial disputes.
