I’m working with a contractor delivering demountable building projects across various school sites throughout Sydney. This is a straightforward supervisory role — you’ll be the on-site presence, ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day and acting as the key contact on site. The PM team manages the trades and programme, so this isn’t a heavy admin or high-pressure build role. It’s a good opportunity for someone who enjoys being site-based, organised and proactive, without wanting to be buried in paperwork. The role: Supervise works on live school sites across Sydney Act as the on-site point of contact for the client and stakeholders Ensure site safety and compliance standards are maintained Coordinate day-to-day site activity (PMs manage the trades directly) Move between multiple sites depending on programme requirements What they’re looking for: Previous experience in a Site Supervisor / Foreman role Comfortable working across multiple locations Strong communication skills – professional and approachable Valid First Aid & CPR White Card The details: Hours can be up to 50–60 during busy periods Summer workload with consistent pipeline of school projects Weekly pay, hourly rate ABN or TFN This would suit someone reliable and self-sufficient who’s happy being the steady on-site presence without the intensity of a large commercial build.
