About the Role This is a fast-paced coordination role responsible for scheduling client sites allocations to field Technicians across Southeast Queensland. You will be the central link between customers, technicians and management — ensuring work is booked efficiently, technicians are utilised effectively, and service commitments are met. This role requires strong organisation and planning, time management with the ability to multitask. Key Responsibilities · Scheduling the daily, weekly and monthly job bookings & allocations for field Technicians · Coordinating site visits across SEQ to maximise efficiency and workflow · Assist with managing urgent and reactive job requests · Liaising with clients to confirm bookings and job details · Monitoring technician availability, leave and workload capacity · Updating internal systems with accurate scheduling information · Supporting smooth communication between office staff, workshop and the field team · Assisting with customer service as required · Assisting with general administrative coordination as required This role is a critical operational function that keeps the business running smoothly. About You · Previous experience in scheduling, service coordination or workforce planning · Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities · Confident communicator who can manage client expectations · Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills · Strong attention to detail · Comfortable using job management systems and Microsoft Office · Proactive, reliable and team-focused · Experience within trades, construction, maintenance, lifting or industrial services will be highly regarded — but not essential.
