This is a pivotal, fast-paced support role within a high-performing, award-winning team, where you will act as the right-hand to a top-performing agent, taking ownership of day-to-day operations to ensure the team runs seamlessly while delivering exceptional client experiences. Suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and process-driven, this role requires a confident individual who thrives on accountability, structure, and achieving results. Day in the life: In this dynamic and rewarding position, you will: Manage and coordinate the team's calendar and their day-to-day, as well as Lead Agent's diary, appointments, and daily schedule to ensure efficiency and preparedness Keep the team accountable and on schedule - anticipating needs and staying one step ahead Oversee buyer enquiries, organise inspections, and ensure timely follow-up Assist with open homes, private inspections, and Auction campaign coordination Liaise with clients, buyers, solicitors, and third parties with professionalism and confidence Maintain accurate CRM records and manage client databases Prepare pre-listing kits, appraisal packs, and appointment materials Support the end-to-end listing to settlement process What you will bring to the table: Previous real estate administration, PA, Concierge or Sales support experience highly advantageous; Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments Proactive, solutions-focused mindset Exceptional communication and presentation skills Valid QLD Driver’s Licence Availability to work full-time, where Saturday availability may be required Benefits Dream Manager mentor program Ongoing training & development events Supportive, ambitious and high-energy team culture Clear pathway for long-term career progression within a rapidly expanding business About Place Estate Agents At Place Estate Agents, we work hard - and we celebrate hard.
