This is a great role for someone who is confident navigating multiple software systems, enjoys interacting with families and staff, and likes keeping office operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Provide reception support, including greeting visitors and managing incoming phone calls Handle client enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups with professionalism and care General administrative support for the Head Office and service teams Phone and email support for families, staff, and community enquiries Manage accounts administration tasks, including data entry and processing Maintain and update Coastwide’s software systems and CRM with accuracy Oversee file management, including digital and physical records Process online enquiries from the public and update website content when required Assist with onboarding tasks, forms, and compliance documentation Support day‑to‑day office coordination and administration across the organisation About You You’re reliable, approachable, proactive, and confident with technology. You enjoy helping others and bring both warmth and professionalism to your work.
