About The Role Please note that this recruitment activity, which may include a creation of a talent pool, is restricted to the Gosford office. In this role, you will support and advise the Solicitor in Charge on operational matters to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality client services within a busy, multi‑disciplinary legal environment. You will manage and coordinate the administration team, ensuring the office is appropriately resourced and that client service activities run efficiently and consistently. You will work collaboratively with another Office Manager 7/8, sharing leadership responsibilities to support staff performance, maintain operational standards, and contribute to a cohesive, client‑centred culture within the Gosford office.
