Front of House Receptionist / All-Rounder – Elite Smash Repairs Elite Smash Repairs is seeking a reliable and motivated Front of House Receptionist / All-Rounder to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm About the Role As the first point of contact for our business, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting daily administrative operations. What We’re Looking For Friendly and professional manner with excellent customer service skills (both phone and face-to-face) Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Confident communication skills, including email and use of various software systems Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Key Responsibilities Greeting customers face to face as well as answering incoming phone calls Managing the main email inbox and forwarding enquiries to the appropriate team member Checking in vehicles upon arrival for repairs and assisting customers with the intake process Communicating effectively with customers and insurance companies via face to face, phone and multiple software platforms Accurate data entry Checking and refilling office and workshop stock Criteria Experience in the automotive industry desirable but not essential Valid driver’s licence required A strong work ethic If you are proactive, organised, and enjoy working in a customer-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.
