An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated receptionist to join our friendly and growing “Aspire Physiotherapy” team. We are a well established practice at Erina on the NSW Central Coast with a team of 8 physiotherapists and 2 exercise physiologists in our own custom built premises. To be a great fit with our team, you need to be empathetic and helpful, willing to go the extra mile to support our clients and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a fast-paced role. Applicants must have high-level skills including verbal and written communication, listening skills, time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks whilst working independently and as part of the team. It would suit applicants who can manage multiple tasks with confidence. At Aspire Physiotherapy you will be the vital first point of contact for our practice with our patients, and part of a happy and productive team with 6 other Receptionists. We are open from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday- so no weekend working hours. However, one of the required shifts for this role is Friday 2.00pm - 7.00pm. Patient Services: Reception duties including meeting and greeting clients. Greet patients over the phone and face to face. Receiving and processing new referrals. Organising patient payments, claims and setting up documents for Practitioners. Manage documents involving fax, scanning, electronic files. Managing client queries and concerns in collaboration with the Team. Assist with new client preparation. Setting up and reporting on client recalls. Management of client data base using Cliniko, our practice management software. This program is easy to learn to use. General Administration Email management, opening, forwarding, replying, filing as required. File management including filing, faxing, and hard / electronic file creation. Essential criteria: The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively within a team environment. Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people. Working knowledge of Windows-based software systems, for example, Word, Excel. Maintaining confidentiality and privacy for our clients. Professional, friendly, and approachable personality who is keen to learn and develop. Able to work under time pressure. Able to follow instructions, procedures and set a high standard. Outstanding customer service for which we are renowned. Current Police Check and Working with Children’s Check. Medical Admin experience is preferred.
