About the role In this role you will be in charge of the first impression and administration of the practice. As ‘First Impression’, your role encompasses a range of office and administrative responsibilities that are aimed at ensuring services can be delivered efficiently and effectively as well as contributing to the growth of the business. In this position you are required to deliver the ‘Wow’ experience through clear and timely communication with every client. In your administrative role you will be supporting and carrying out tasks as directed to support the delivery of all services, the client experience and the practice functions. It will involve non-client facing tasks to support the management team.
